Our History

R.A.D.I.A.N.C.E. was an idea birthed through 2-Time National Best Selling Author Brittney Holmes Jackson, while she was still "Brittney Holmes" and a student at the University of Georgia (Athens, GA). During her senior year, she was required to create a magazine for a publication management class, and R.A.D.I.A.N.C.E. was her final product. With young, minority women in mind, Brittney hoped the magazine she'd initially created as a class assignment would become a household name across the world as it impacted the lives of women of all ages. With God behind her vision, Brittney plans to create a brand of R.A.D.I.A.N.C.E. and make it a non-profit organization that caters to the total woman - mind, body, and spirit - and the publication that she once created in a college course will simply be a microcosm of the greatness R.A.D.I.A.N.C.E. is destined for.

Our Mission
R.A.D.I.A.N.C.E. strives to develop the total woman - mind, body, and spirit - at a pivotal age to equip young women with the ideals necessary to be successful in their personal lives and beyond.

Our Purpose
R.A.D.I.A.N.C.E. is a tailor made mentor-ship for young women, ages 12-18 who are at the age where they are discovering themselves and beginning to make decisions based off of who they believe they are and what they feel they desire in life. In an effort to support these young women as they matriculate through adolescence and young adulthood, R.A.D.I.A.N.C.E. will provide one-on-one mentoring, academic enrichment, platforms for artistic expression, and empowerment sessions that provide vital information on financial success, discovering your purpose, spiritual development, maintaining great physical and mental health and much more.
